Armed Forces Covenant Statement

Claywood Construction is proud to be a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant — a promise by the nation to ensure that those who serve or have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly.

We pledge to support the employment of veterans, reservists, cadet force adult volunteers, military spouses and partners, and to ensure that no member of the armed forces community faces disadvantage in the provision of our services or in accessing employment with us.

Our commitment includes flexible working arrangements for reservists, support for training and mobilisation, and recognition of military skills and experience in our recruitment processes. Full details are set out in our policy document.
