Claywood Construction delivered a full transformation of Unit 4 at Albion Place Shopping Centre. The project involved splitting the unit into two commercial spaces and carrying out major structural upgrades, including infills to the existing steel frame and upper floor. An extension was built to create a new entrance foyer with a platform lift, complemented by a new steel staircase with stainless-steel glazed balustrades. Works also included new M&E infrastructure and specialist acoustic flooring, providing a high-quality, ready-to-fit-out space for the incoming tenant.
